DARLINGTONS 4 MOTION SKATEPARK
In 2013 we were given the contract to build the skatepark for the charity group 4 motion in Darlington. This build presented a few challenges due to the relatively small budget and vast size of the unit purchased. We had a hard time filling the space with enough interesting obstacles and keeping to the budget.
Learn to skate
Skateparks welcome all ages and experience levels. Whether you’ve never been on a board before, or you can already do tricks, they’ll always be someone you can skate with.
Make new friends
Many skateparks offer free group lessons or private tutoring for people wanting to try it out for the first time. contact your local skatepark and find out!. Its never too late to learn.
Skateboarding can teach people discipline, patience, and resiliency. It’s a great sport for kids with a lot of energy! It will also help build up some structure and support in your life. Skateboarding will stay with you forever.
